I bought this as a gift because my mum loves ice cream and uses regular ice trays in our freezer and I wanted to buy a nicer alternative for her and make more ice right away. I didn't want to spend a fortune on an ice machine (and she doesn't have room for one) so I looked at this as an alternative. However, it appears to have been made from cheap materials and packaged horribly. If you try to use the product as advertised, it is not as easy as advertised. Also, it does NOT make full size ice cubes like they claim - it only makes FUCKING ice! If I had known that, I would not have bought it and thrown away the packaging before giving it to my mother. I would like to return it as it is unusable but I no longer have the packaging. Useful only if you like crushed ice.
