Customer Service at SoulBay Disappoints Me

While I had high hopes for SoulBay to meet my technological requirements, I was left feeling disappointed. Their website was simple to use and stocked a variety of AC converters and power cords, but they fell short in the customer service department. I contacted customer support with a few inquiries about a few items, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. After making several attempts, I finally received some feedback, but the answers I got lacked depth and clarity. When my shipment arrived, I discovered the merchandise was of poor quality. The laptop charger I bought from SoulBay did not function, and when I contacted the company for help, I got the same unimpressive response. It was already frustrating enough that the free shipping policy did not extend to my location, so I was charged a hefty shipping cost. In general, I was dissatisfied with my time on SoulBay. They have a lot of stuff, but the quality isn't great, and neither is the service nor the shipping policies, so I wouldn't suggest them. If I need any more electronics in the future, I know where to go.
