I bought a set of 6 22" rails. I had an issue with a manual which the seller was quick to replace for free without asking for a return. I also messed up another one when I put in the finished box. Drawer jams on insertion (immediately after the latch worked). I pressed it too hard (to try to get it in) and bent the first of the plates holding the ball bearing set. The clasp could be fixed but I decided to throw it away. I see that this could have been avoided if I had used an up and down rocking motion (very lightly) when inserting the box (after inserting this is not a problem). I can't tell if this is the problem. bad design or a necessary side effect of such a bizarrely desired feature (self-closing), but at least I now know how to prevent it, so no problem moving forward (for me anyway :)). I didn't want fancy joinery, but this was for RV drawers that needed to stay closed on their own. d on the way. It was either these bolts or manual bolts. I have more than enough procedures for installing and removing an RV and don't want to be bothered by avoidable inconveniences. All in all a good product and great support. For your health!
