Size not as shown. I'm 5 feet 71/2 inches and 170 pounds. My size is on the border of 10/12 but I would say a 12 is comfortable for me. I could barely lift them high enough to get my hands up my sleeves. It's custom made like Ruby's Halloween costumes for people smaller than me. So it fit perfectly, snug like a bathing suit but not narrow in width but in height, it slid over my shoulders. It looked small when I held it and in the same order I received a similar product for my daughter. This is a different company and this is the short sleeve and shorts version. I bought her some small clothes from this company and they fit her perfectly. She is about 5 feet and 110 pounds. It fits her perfectly except her crotch sags about an inch or two. Another weird thing about it is that both she and I have pads that go to mid-chest, well below where they should be. So I cut them out. And I'm only 36C, and it crushed my chest. Disassembled was more convenient. If the pads weren't misaligned and didn't put pressure on the shoulders, everything would be fine. But the length issue only made the mush worse. The bottom line is this thing didn't break at all as I struggled to put it on and kept pulling up to try and stretch it higher. I'm overweight and it's smooth but tight. If you have a large chest you may want to go bigger, and if you are over 5ft 4" you may want to reconsider or try a different brand. that and cutting pads because my daughter loves it. I'll look for something else. My rating is based on my daughters usage. This is a good suit for people who can tell their size when wearing their size.
