Good product for the price
As a hairdresser I was very pleased with this product. I tried it on my husband who has a very thick and coarse gray beard. It heats up very quickly and the swivel cord is key. It took a few swipes to really notice the smoother beard. I found the texture of my husband's facial hair didn't "completely" smooth it out and made it super smooth like the picture on the box. It looked a little more frizzy and disheveled than it did at first. I would recommend this for people with finer and less coarse facial hair. But overall I liked this product and have several customers that I look forward to using.
