Use at work. It's evenly filtered, the water tastes better, and the staff have basically stopped buying bottled water to make coffee. The small size is more compact and fits well in our small fridge. The lid can wobble a bit, but that doesn't bother me that much. I fill my cup of tea, refill the reservoir, heat the water in the microwave and once it's hot I refill the reservoir (although my co-workers are great, 'anyone' hasn't figured out how to refill after doing this have done ) . fill a whole cup of coffee or a bottle of water and leave it nearly empty... But that's a "human problem", and the pot can hardly be blamed for their inattentiveness).
