The remote control requires two AAA batteries which are not included. When I put the batteries in I found that the space was too big for the batteries and I had to poke something in to get them in the right position. After that, the power button was highlighted in red. I couldn't even turn the TV on/off. The most amazing thing: The product has 14 ratings, some of them with 5, 4 and 3 stars. But when you click on it, you don't see any reviews. In fact, the product only has two one star reviews, same as me. Looks like they somehow managed hack amazon.com. I am returning the item.
