Installed on my HD Street 750 this morning. It took about 20 minutes from start to finish. To remove the fairing, you need to unscrew the two screws with an Allen key and it will be removed immediately. Then two Phillips screws in the bottom front of the light bucket. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the small light bulb below. Remove the 5 wire clips on the edge of the lantern. Be careful. You will fly away. Place the new lantern into the trim ring. There is a tab aligned at the top. If you get it right, the lightbulb will be right side up. Replace the wire clamps and reinstall in the light bucket. Take your time. Anything will do. It's just a little cozy. Replace the screws and attach the panel. just peezy. The dimmed light looks great and completely changes my attitude towards my bike. I'll update the info after riding it for a while. But at first glance I'm very impressed. The lamp arrived on time and was packaged very well. In terms of price, it beats the HD retailer's $399 price tag by a mile. Now let's see how long it lasts. UPDATE: The light output is incredible. I haven't been flashed by oncoming traffic yet. Makes night driving safer.
