Extremely dissatisfied with this nozzle. The texture sort of came off when it was first used and now it's almost smooth over most of the ball's surface. Don't waste your money on this product if you don't want to waste your time and money; I bought a pack of 30 different titanium coated diamond bits for less than this one bit and most of them are still in good condition. Those that weren't originally had a defective coating. I don't abuse my beats and then try to get a new one for free; I'm just very disappointed. I will probably never look for the Kutzall brand in the future given how their product works. If my experience isn't up to the norm and is somehow anomaly, I'm happy to have a sales representative get back to me and convince me otherwise.
