We really like this building block set that we got for our 6 year old grandson. But we had a problem when we received them. 10 of the 60 blocks had fairly large knots --- 5 had them built into the sides BUT 5 had them right on the edges and corners. We were concerned that depending on how they fell during gameplay, these nodes could pop out and render the blocks unusable. Two days after receipt, the seller emailed us to see if we liked our new product. There was even a link in the email to contact them if there was a problem. I took photos of the 5 we were most concerned about and emailed them to the seller with our concerns. Within an hour we were told they would send us replacement blocks! That's fast customer service!.
