I purchased the 16g 8mm and it was perfect for my nose and the part where the stones are keeps the same thickness around the ring instead of being thicker, which I like. The jewels are also very bright and shiny. Make sure you do your research and figure out the right diameter (mm) before you purchase. A lot of people buy this jewelry and claim it’s too small or big for their nose because they don’t get the right size. Septum’s usually look best with 6-10mm but 10 is very large
