Review Updated AGAIN:So, now that I found this, I actually spun it so the stones were in my nose and closed the clasp very tightly. It is too hard to close if you do not spin it around so it is on the outside. I was a little afraid to end up with a tiny opal inside my piercing, but that did not seem likely. This piece is very beautiful, the earring locks properly and is easy to put on and remove but after a couple of weeks I started having an allergic reaction in my ear, very painful, very swollen. Had to remove it and noticed the rose gold color kinda faded.

I loved this for my daith piercing, easy to put in and take out. The opal part twisted into my cartilage, I guess for a little while, and when I twisted it out the part of opal that was in my ear had disolved and broke off.

Love it! I got the 8mm white opal. I was wanting something dainty and cute and this is just perfect! Putting it in I was scared it might be too small but once it clicked into place it was just right! The 10mm might be more comfortable if you have a bigger nose, or if you like your jewelry to hang a little lower though!
