Review on Standard Motor Products VR455 Regulator by Affan Yeo

Bought for a 2000 Ford Expedition with an upgraded 200 amp alternator. I had internal and external lights pulsing for several months and suspected that the voltage regulator might be faulty. I replaced it with the old one and it didn't solve my problem but it worked as it should. I knew this before I bought it but there is nothing inside to hold the brushes. However, a paperclip and a few minutes will solve this problem. Installation is easy and has lasted over 4000 miles to date. I have never had a problem with Standard Motor Products and will continue to buy from them.
