Review on SheIn Womens Cutout Scallop Flared by Kim Allen

This is the cutest skirt, I love it. The material is not cheap as I expected. It is very good. I'm 5'4 and hover about 140 lbs. My waist is 26-27 inches, hips are 36-37 inches. I'm curvy with an ass. But with a decently flat tummy, even after three kids and 3 c-sections. I ordered the medium size in black. Fits perfectly! While I can imagine it wouldn't fit so well if you had a small belly, if you have the confidence you can get away with it. I really liked it, I ordered it in wine color! I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit short and even shorter if you have a generous butt. When I sit down I have to hold my back so no one can see my ass. But that's ok ;-) Super flirty, super cute <3*UPDATE* I've since bought it in middle burgundy, fits really well!
