Great sun protection for our grandson. Fits very well and has some room to grow. We bought size 2T. For age and size reference, he was 9 months old when we bought him but is in the 99th percentile on the growth chart. It keeps you warm like any non-mesh hat, but cool when wet and can't beat sun protection. This was our favorite pool cap! Please excuse the fashion slip. The label in the photo annoys me. We were in a hurry and I didn't think to cut it before we got to the pool, but it was the best photo to show me in shape, with the laces and the edges down.
