
The controller I received doesn't work. I tried to connect it to the DJI GO4 app but I just get a message that it cannot be used with the app. I was able to connect it to my laptop and update the firmware to the latest version but still no luck. I needed a new controller to replace my original device that stopped working for me again, so I wanted to have a backup while DJI fixed it. Bad luck. I'm trying to work with the seller to find a solution/get my money back/something else. I bought this through RotorLogic US but Revain asked me to message HuanYe for help. Revain told me the device cannot be returned, but the RotorLogic page for the device says it can. I hope I can replace the actual working device or get my money back. it is anyway.
