I have mixed feelings about this device. I wanted it to charge devices in the event of a power outage. The hand dynamo works well. Somewhere the ratio seems to be 1:1.5 to 1:2. Every minute of hand cranking gives you 1.5-2 minutes of battery life. The sound quality is decent, the radio reception is decent and it seems weatherproof as my blood has been caught in the rain and everything is fine. The light is also nice and bright. But the solar module is junk. Purely decorative. I left it in bright, hot sun for about 6 hours on a clear day and it never charged more than 25%. It's completely useless on a rainy day.
