Review on ๐Ÿ”‹ Miele Triflex Graphite Battery-Powered Vacuum Cleaner by Erika Carroll

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good workmanship, poor suction power and bagless container

This handheld vacuum cleaner is very well made. However, its suction power is NOT as strong as other Miele corded vacuum cleaners. It's great for non-carpet floors, but not rugs. We have a Miele Dog and Cat Dynamic U1 handheld vacuum. Without a doubt, the suction power of the verticals is much stronger. The TriFlex is very light and has many good properties. However, we found three main drawbacks: the suction power isn't great considering the price, the bagless dust bin is too small (needs to be emptied too often), and the paper filters are VERY dirty to clean. Many owners have indicated that they use a different vacuum to clean the filters. We've found this to be true when you want to avoid clutter. Considering the price of the vacuum cleaner, dust collectors and paper filters should be designed much more professionally. Miele builds excellent vacuum cleaners. The TriFlex HX1 Pro is very disappointing.
