The only drawback - vacuum cleaner and electric brooms

This product works as advertised. I have two long haired dogs, one of which sheds a lot. Suction power, battery life, weight, etc. all great. Removing and installing the canister is a BIG PAIN! The canister has one position for ejecting and another for emptying, but the handles are large and stiff and difficult to move and aim. Performance is great, but be prepared to get annoyed every time you empty/clean the canister.

Pros
  • Pretty
Cons
  • too stupid

The properties and performance stated by Miele are very attractive. Based on two hours of use over two weeks, this battery powered unit's suction power is much less than any other corded vacuum our family has used. follow the descriptions in the manual. Electrical connections between parts feel weak, unreliable and fragile. These issues are normal on a $150 model but ridiculous on a $500 model, largely due to the brand name from a respected German manufacturer.

  • Consistent test results

Only suitable for intermediate cleaning

I had high hopes for it and wanted it to be the only vacuum cleaner in the house. So! The battery life isn't great, so you'll only be able to use it for a short time. The dust bin's maximum level line is so small that you'll still be emptying it every few minutes. We have hardwoods and a short haired dog that sheds like a madman. The backlight proved more useful than I expected. It really helps me to see if all the dog hair is gone and I don't have to turn on the overhead light if I'm just…

Good workmanship, poor suction power and bagless container

This handheld vacuum cleaner is very well made. However, its suction power is NOT as strong as other Miele corded vacuum cleaners. It's great for non-carpet floors, but not rugs. We have a Miele Dog and Cat Dynamic U1 handheld vacuum. Without a doubt, the suction power of the verticals is much stronger. The TriFlex is very light and has many good properties. However, we found three main drawbacks: the suction power isn't great considering the price, the bagless dust bin is too small (needs to…

Mila is getting better!

I love how easy it is to use this floor cleaner or just a compact device with a magic wand to clean all of my window sills. Floor edges and corners. I have hardwood floors and some tile and this is great low to medium suction. The book is good because it talks about filters at the beginning. It's hard to deal with an empty trash can at first, but once you've done it you're good to go! As with anything new, make sure you read the instructions lol. I think some people think of something else…

Terrible vacuum. But it sticks well to the wall.

I know professional cleaners who only use Miele vacuum cleaners. I like buying products that people in the industry use and rely on. It looked like it would fit my needs and I was thrilled to get it. The first clue that something was wrong was the barrel connector for the batteries and the fact that they didn't come charged. The batteries also struggled to charge from the start, and the indicator lights were confusing if they worked at all. The workmanship and the design of the vacuum cleaner…

Can I marry him?: Vacuum cleaner and floor care

I really, really, really hate vacuuming. I'm putting it off until there are some dogs under the bed. It's getting embarrassing to invite people over. And unfortunately I have tile floors with two entrance mats. Our ground floor is 864 square meters. Foot is not large enough to be suctioned. So in 2008 I decided to invest in an $800 Miele Callisto canister vacuum. Thinking it would solve all my problems, I used it around the house and on the stairs. Even though I only have to plug it in once to…

PERFECT! - Vacuum cleaners and floor care

First of all, I would like to say that this is a review of the Miele cordless vacuum cleaner. This is how I compare it to other cordless vacuum cleaners like Dyson. You can't compare wireless to wired, suction power will always be lower with wireless. That's the price of convenience. So it's not worth comparing to the best wired ones. At least that's what I look like. Miele's performance is excellent for any vacuum cleaner and that's what makes it stand out because it's cordless. You get the…

Qualitative! Qualitative! Qualitative! We named it: White Tornado!

Hello, my name is Tim and I like to vacuum. At least twice a day, cleaning multiple areas as needed. I have owned two Dyson cordless vacuums in the last 8 years. The last one, the V6, had its battery replaced a few weeks ago, the long pipe and motor disconnected from the canister. I thought I would get a Dyson V10. I realized I was on a Dyson update carousel. A cheap product that falls apart and fails after 12-18 months so I have to buy the next model. SOUND FAMILIAR? Did a little research and…
