I love how easy it is to use this floor cleaner or just a compact device with a magic wand to clean all of my window sills. Floor edges and corners. I have hardwood floors and some tile and this is great low to medium suction. The book is good because it talks about filters at the beginning. It's hard to deal with an empty trash can at first, but once you've done it you're good to go! As with anything new, make sure you read the instructions lol. I think some people think of something else! Like the person who said something about paper filters. The? Not with this model. No odor when opening or using this vacuum cleaner. I love the hanger and my husband hung it up with no problem. I like that all the tools are placed at the top. No running around and looking (at least in my house)! I also have a Miele vacuum cleaner with an orange container for dogs and cats. I love it too and it's really strong. But to be honest I use them in different ways. This is my vacuum for wool carpets and floors when I do a full house cleaning. But with this stick vacuum cleaner, it's designed for a different style of cleaning. Every day in my kitchen and utility room! Great that it comes with a second battery and separate charger. It's very well done. After a few weeks of use I would like to point out that the light is a really good part of this vacuum cleaner. He will notice every smudge! I really think its purification is like the purification of everything! It could be a mess. I take it outside and throw it in an open bin, not at home. FINE FILTER (small, narrow white) can also be shaken well. DO NOT get wet! The PREFILTER is the larger of the two and is designed to gently knock out the dirt. Also use a thin brush. I wish they would provide this tool! I'm still looking for the perfect one. A toothbrush works best so far. But I still see some dust staining. I'm pretty sure it never wears off! You can wash the clear plastic container that contains all the filters and I need it! I clean everything every time I dump the dust. Failure to do so will result in real-time chaos! After figuring out how to get everything; this process will be easier! Confusing at first and I'm always in a hurry. So READ the instructions. No worse than cleaning iRoomba after learning the process. However, it's not that easy to "unload the dirt every time." So I thought I would point that out.
