This set is a MUST HAVE when sharpening your knife. I give two stars because of false advertising and a guideline. The 8000 grit stone in this set will not polish a knife to a mirror finish, while this grit should. The leveling stone is too small. If the surface is too curved, this stone will not be smooth. If you use it at this point it will only worsen the curve. Use before the curve becomes too complex. In addition, this set offers great value for money and your knife will feel like new. Just don't expect it to work as advertised.
