I have just returned from a 5 day 1500 mile motorcycle ride. This charger is literally a game changer. Before that, I always charged my phone with a power bank and an extra-long cable on long journeys. That's not bad, but for a 5 day trip where we stayed in places with no outlets it was a challenge to make sure my phone stayed on as I use it to navigate all the time. Instead, I bought additional power supplies as backups. However, made using these power banks unnecessary :) I have an iPhone 8 and used a short cable to charge the phone via the USB port under the mount. I don't think my phone supports QC wireless charging so I wasn't able to test it, but at least it worked fine on wired charging. During my trip it also rained a bit at some point and there was no problem with the charger. Installation was easy, once you know where the battery posts are, just plug them in there and you're done! :) Very very happy with this purchase.
