We put it together in minutes. Easy to install on RV. Holds bikes very securely.Update: talk about excellent customer service! We had a minor mishap that bent our rack. After talking to the seller, they replaced the bent part without any question! I haven’t had customer service this good in a long time! Thanks Wen!
