When I first received the boots they sent me the wrong size. After sending it back, I got the right size, but the sock was too small. I wore them one trip and they became increasingly uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get them off my feet. The sweater came undone due to a misfit so I sent it back. What I liked about them is the design of the boots so I'm asking about size 11US. I usually wear a size 10 in everything. I wear. The return process was also quick and easy.
