Before using this product I used a P&S Break Buster and while it is fine it is just better. Adams Wheel & Tire Cleaner comes on thick and grips the wheel and tire better in most cases, you can use it without scrubbing the tire if that's not too bad. I bought a gallon of this stuff and a cheap little pump for $13 and it works amazing, don't use an unnecessary amount of the product. The Adams sprayer it comes in ejects it in a bigger jet and you don't get that perfect coverage with an Adams sprayer and you don't use any more product than just putting it in a pressure sprayer.
