Bought this item based on other reviews. However, my fill pouch smelled strongly of something moldy, rotting, and otherworldly decay. I called the company and spoke to a rep who said the filling should smell like cedar. We agreed that the item was defective. Gave them batch # and they confirmed it was a new bag of filler that was supposed to have their new "cedar scent". They agreed that cedar flavoring may not have been added to this product. I've been trying to return the product for 3 weeks. Even though it was purchased through Prime, it was returned through the retailer. They requested that I pay postage for a defective item. Ending with a decision with Revain directly about the lawsuit. Unsuccessful procedure for me in this case.
