The best thing about this software is that it keeps track all our reviews from different sources such as Google Reviews or Facebook Comments etc! It's easy to use with clear reports in order to know exactly what we need at any time without having to ask anyone else - We can do everything by ourselves!! I don't like much how you cannot add multiple accounts (we are managing several websites). If there were some improvements regarding user experience then i would be 100% sure they will become very popular among my customers because their quality products deserve them. Online Reputation Monitoring & Analysis Tool helps us keep an eye over each customer interaction so far which provides valuable insight into current state of affairs but also allows me to prepare future marketing campaigns accordingly. As soon as one client leaves feedbacks appear instantly within dashboard allowing other clients see if something needs attention/action before contacting him again directly via phone call / emailing instead wasting precious.
