The product does not work when connected to a Brother HL-2240 printer and a D-Link DIR-867 internet router.

I bought this print server to connect my old Brother HL-2240 laser printer to my D-Link DIR-867 internet router for use on my home network. I was expecting instructions on how to install the print server. Plugging in the product does nothing. The package did not include a product data sheet or software. Features of this product: It does not work. The product listing does not specify usage instructions or the availability of support, and the product I ordered does not meet this requirement. The product in the box without instructions was shipped from Diyeeni China address. I cannot use this product and it deserves my one star rating.

Pros

Multi-computer sharing: It can share multiple computers, compatible with more than 1500 types of printers, and support automatic configuration of computer IP address and server IP address without manually entering IP address.
