There is a big problem with the design or production of this wine rack; The two halves didn't slide together at all. I think the "tab" on the male side of the connector was meant to work like a spring to hold the two pieces together, but everything it did got in the way. And the connection between them is very close, even without language, at some point I was able to pull everything together with great force, and even then it's not quite together. As a result, one of the shelves is slightly larger than the others, but this is not very noticeable. Another problem with this shelf is that the shelves are too close together. To remove a bottle you have to push another bottle. An extra half inch between shelves would solve this problem. Otherwise this is a fine wine rack. It's not spectacular, but it does the job.
