The only reason I didn't give this phone 5 stars is because the person on the other end of the phone can't hear you. Programming .simple was easy. Big Numbers. The reason I bought this particular phone was because I had the same volume issue on another phone from him with the image click feature. I was hoping this one would be better. The volume on dad's side is loud. I just can't hear him (he's talking loud). Via hands-free system. not at all. He has to pick up the phone so I can hardly hear him. I'm disappointed that I can't hear him when he calls me. What if it's an emergency? That's the main reason I bought him these phones to help him with dementia. These shortcomings should be fixed in these phones as soon as possible. There's no point in having them if you can't hear your loved one when they call you.
