Quality control needs to be more thorough

phone received, looked good at first but there was no phone cord in the box. I was able to use my existing phone cord so it didn't really matter. When I looked at the phone and the handset, I realized that the handset does not fit this phone. It doesn't sit on top of the phone, definitely doesn't work when the phone is wall mounted. The only reason I didn't give this phone 5 stars is because the person on the other end of the phone can't hear you. Programming .simple was easy. Big Numbers. The reason I bought this particular phone was because I had the same volume issue on another phone from him with the image click feature. I was hoping this one would be better. The volume on dad's side is loud. I just can't hear him (he's talking loud). Via hands-free system. not at all. He has to pick up the phone so I can hardly hear…
