Excellent customer service and extremely user friendly

We're using this tool to manage our entire marketing program for one of my clients across multiple channels (social, email/newsletters etc.) It's incredibly easy to use as well - I can't even tell you how many times we've had issues with other tools but not smp! They are very helpful in all aspects from onboarding new users through their support team who always gets back quickly when needed!! Smpp brings great benefits and solutions

The best thing about this platform is that it can be used in different ways with its integration of tools like Salesforce, Facebook Messenger etc., We are doing CRM operations which involves customer data management; hence using smp helps us to build good relationships by tracking customers' needs from any place at anytime through our mobile app or website as well. I personally dislike how we need an application for every action you want done here (like adding new clients). It's quite tough if…
