We're using this tool to manage our entire marketing program for one of my clients across multiple channels (social, email/newsletters etc.) It's incredibly easy to use as well - I can't even tell you how many times we've had issues with other tools but not smp! They are very helpful in all aspects from onboarding new users through their support team who always gets back quickly when needed!! If it fits your business needs then go ahead & give them another chance.

The best part is that they have everything under ONE roof so there isn’t anything else out here if something goes wrong or missing which has been an issue at some companies where things get spread around too much making tracking down answers difficult :).
