phone received, looked good at first but there was no phone cord in the box. I was able to use my existing phone cord so it didn't really matter. When I looked at the phone and the handset, I realized that the handset does not fit this phone. It doesn't sit on top of the phone, definitely doesn't work when the phone is wall mounted. Somebody really slipped up here. The lack of a phone cord wasn't such a big deal, but the wrong phone was a deal breaker. First and probably last time I will buy used from Revain. there is no quality control.
