I bought this for my daughter who would need formula for daycare and we use it on the go as well. It does tend to spill a little powder but nothing major, I believe it is from the moving on the container that causes the formula to move. Now that my daughter is eating more solids I like to add some berries or cheese it crackers in there when we are running errands so she has something to snack on in the store. It is very easy to clean, only downside is if you are using it for formula be prepared for the formula to stick to the spoon a bit.
