I have followed the instructions on the Waveshare website to set up the required image for RPI2. Content is now displayed on the screen, but the touch surface still doesn't work. Where can we look for more information? If this isn't fixed, I'll probably want to return this item. When the issue is resolved I will update my review with a more positive answer. -- Updated December 11, 2015 -- OK. I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars because I was finally able to get the touchscreen to work (barring a hardware issue). Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work with the Raspberry Pi 2 (even with the Waveshare image). I was able to touch the BeagleBone Black using the instructions and Angstrom image provided by Waveshare. Not perfect, but good enough for short-term prototyping. Instructions from Waveshare are on their wiki - search for 7inch_HDMI_LCD_(C): http://www.waveshare.com/wiki/7inch_HDMI_LCD_(C) I will say (after work) that the display clarity and touch controls are good.โMG
