The best thing about ESM is that it provides you everything in one place so there's no searching for jobs or applications to apply online. You can also search through candidates who have already been vetted by your employers. I dislike having to pay monthly dues when my employer has not yet paid me what was owed at time of hire (which would be around $300). It seems like this should just come out of their pocket instead. Also since we are using them as an agency, our contracts cannot include any language regarding benefits such as health insurance coverage which makes things difficult if needed medical care arises during employment.
