I've been using these in my small business for about a year. I bought a brand new Brother printer without realizing how expensive genuine parts are. This photoconductor performs just as well as the original at a fraction of the price. I can only recommend this drum and will definitely buy it again.

This drum arrived quickly, although not as quickly (by a day) as expected. I don't blame the company. We're quite remote so I tend to doubt optimistic delivery forecasts. The drum was well packaged and easy to install. So far it has worked great for less than 1/3 the OEM price. Since the manufacturer's recommended solution to the problem I encountered was "Try this (replace the toner), then try this (replace the drum unit)", the experimentation was a lot less painful.

We are very happy with this purchase. You never know what you might get from another brand, but Brother toners are so expensive it was worth a try. We were delighted with the print quality. We've had this in our printer for 6 months so the durability really shines. It's nice to have a reliable option that offers good value for money. We would buy this again.
