This is a pair of blank books like journals but with pages of graph paper. One is a beautiful dark evergreen, the other is black. The pages are quality paper, nice and thick. There are two bookmarking ribbons in each one. There is an elastic band that secures the book closed so no pages, or loose papers, fall out. There is also an elastic loop to hold a pen. I am using the first one to record my ongoing body composition changes—weight, % fat, % water, lbs. of muscle and lbs. of bone, along with the dates, and my body measurements (periodically). So far I have just recorded this information in boxes but eventually I will draw the information on graphs to keep track of the changes due to how much cardio and weight lifting I do. I am not sure yet what I will use the other one for. I originally planned to buy just one such journal, but this set was the best value. I am VERY pleased with them!
