I like best is how easy it was to setup with our new customer portal system - we didn't have any issues there at all! The tech team has been very responsive whenever questions were asked about anything related to their product/service, they always had great answers. No real dislikes here but maybe more could be done around helping users understand what features exist within different levels of membership as well as help set up alerts when things go wrong so you can follow-thru better if necessary. Great call tracking tool available through your account manager too! Keeping track of leads coming into my website via emails sent from clients' lead databases. It helps me see where those people came from so i know exactly where to focus future communication efforts such as retargeting campaigns etc.
