Great Platform for Mobile Text Marketing

The ability to connect with them via mobile is great -- I always get texts back promptly from my Agent! They've built-in features like texting multiple people at once if you're trying to organize/schedule something over text messaging vs just sending one message per person individually. It's easy enough to create your own scripts using their API as well but this can be time consuming & costly. Also sometimes it doesn't work when we try to send certain types of messages so please test before…

  • A bit frustrating how much money gets wasted due tot he lackluster way

Very simple integration and quick assistance

I like best is how easy it was to setup with our new customer portal system - we didn't have any issues there at all! The tech team has been very responsive whenever questions were asked about anything related to their product/service, they always had great answers. No real dislikes here but maybe more could be done around helping users understand what features exist within different levels of membership as well as help set up alerts when things go wrong so you can follow-thru better if…
