Attentive customer service and Updated design

Originally ordered and had to return due to a stress fracture when extended fully. Was pleasantly surprised by the proactive customer service not only when they reached out to try to remedy the problem, it appears they also updated the design by reinforcing the connecting joints as well as extending the length of tubing. Stay tuned for how this performs in reality but pretty encouraged by what I've seen.
