Easy integration with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Konftel provides guidelines for integration with Cisco CUCM (we use version 11.5) and integrates like any other. Third-party SIP device. While we could go analog, we wanted to be able to manage remotely and rely less on old copper phone cables with dedicated connections. Due to the discontinuation of the Polycom SoundStation 2W and the decommissioning of our Nortel Option 81C PBX, we needed a new VoIP-compatible and wireless solution for our conference rooms.
