These tracks are stamped, like all those made in fact. But they are made of thinner material. I use them in an enclosed trailer to tie down motorcycles. They are perfect for this purpose. They are very sturdy. I like my motos to be very stiffly held once tied down and these will do the trick. Some might skip a hole of two to secure the track down and that might work, but I use every single hole. Yes, it’s a lot of screws, but that definitely ensures that the track will not pull a screw or deform between fastener locations. And it comes with rings and D-rings. Great buy.
