The best feature I love about this software is their customer support team! There's never an issue too big or small to get fixed by them very quickly - they are always willing/able to help in whatever way possible when needed. Their live chat does not work properly sometimes so make sure it works while chatting with someone if using chat option (it doesn't seem to be working all through). They don't have any specific integration issues like others mentioned here but maybe because our store was only online we haven’t encountered these yet. If there were some integrations problems then surely everyone would complain at least once right? So far everything seems pretty good apart from occasional bugs.
