Review on πŸ’ˆ Parker SR1 Shavette Straight Edge Professional Barber Razor for Men - Stainless Steel with 5 Premium Platinum Blades by Christopher Meyer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very happy with this shaver!

So I'm a very picky buyer. I can spend hours, days, weeks, months researching things before I buy anything. I became interested in a straight razor when I noticed a friend of mine had one. He told me he loves his and paid over $100 for it. So I started my research. Initially, if I were to buy one, I wouldn't want to invest more than $100 in a razor that I might not like or even end up using. I've never used it, so I was a little worried that the very sharp, single-edged blade might touch my face. I watched a number of videos online to get an idea of the methods used. My hands work really well, so I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a try. I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank but at the same time wasn't complete garbage. After browsing all the razors online, I settled on the one that uses disposable blades. My search led me to this Parker. I read all the reviews and was a little hesitant as there were some negative ones too, but after comparing others I settled on this one. Received it in a small black box with a red velvet lining and it came with 5 individually wrapped blades. . I downloaded one and tried it out. I was surprised that I shaved completely and didn't even cut myself. It irritated my lips a bit, but I just took my time. I'm very happy with the quality, I mean for $20 what more can you ask for. I really enjoy using it compared to shaving with a modern multi-blade safety razor. I actually look forward to the moment I shave, it adds that weird cute twist. Anyway, I'm addicted. Now I never leave the house without a Parker razor. I can now justify paying over $100 for one but to be honest I'm very happy with this shaver and don't think I'll be buying another anytime soon. Hooray, JEREMY.
