Nice silky hair but still a bit of texture that should hold the curls well. I can't wait to use them! The color is gorgeous and I am planning a darker ombre sandwich as I am a true brunette. I will also use my own ribbon as some reviews say their ribbon is not very good. The outer tongue is dark and pliable rather than big and thick so I think they will be very comfortable. Amazing quality for the price and the hair seems as good as if not better than the hair my stylist buys for me from bigger brands. After installation I will update but so far the color is ok and the quality seems the same. Update: I've had it for 5 weeks now, the tongues are awful, cheap plastic that "falls off" at the ends so they stick out the outer layers of my hair and show a lot more than other brands I've used. I used my own tape at the suggestion of others. I think the company should change the pull tabs to be more flexible so you can style your hair easier and less plastic and more natural. But real hair, price and color are still great. Not sure I would buy again unless I figured out how to hide the tips of the exfoliating tabs.
