I confess I go crazy when it comes to reading reviews. I wanted the perfect plasticine rolling pin. I wanted it to work in a little girl's hand and rotate around a central pole. Well, they can't. Then came the inspiration. Why not use a tool designed for rolling out dough in a small space? Step into this perfect pastry video! They failed in their calling by not promoting needlework and plasticine. Oh, and it's great for rolling out the crescent shaped dough into a pie pan or 9x13. (But buy two - one to play with and one to cook with.)
