Looks good and works well. Was a bit worried about other reviewers commenting on the difficulty of installation, but I found it easy and did it myself in about 3 minutes. It's light enough that you can just hold onto the cables while plugging it in, and the cables are a reasonable length. (Remove lid, hold and hang with one hand on two of the three wires, lift up to the ceiling with one hand, connect the 3rd wire with the other hand, then loosen one of the two wires and connect at the top, hold it on the last wire , then hold the frame and make the last wire). A few drywall screws to attach the frame to the ceiling. It takes a bit of strength, but it's not really difficult, it's a very light weight. It would be very easy to install with two people.
