It did arrive on time and once I realized it had a zipper on the side it was easier to put on (LOL)
However the one I ordered is NOT what I received. Luckily I had a back up plan. I will unfortunately have to return this item. Too bad. Came with a totally different pattern and different color. Bustier was YELLOW not white. So SAD. Was wearing white pants and the yellow makes it look bad.
